Will I receive the exact piece shown in the photos?
Every piece is finished and set by hand, so small variations are part of its character. Diamonds are matched by hand and the shape, metal and proportions will match what you see.
How long does my order take?
Ready pieces are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, plus shipping. Made to order pieces take 2 to 4 weeks to prepare, plus shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship insured with tracking to Israel, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe and Asia, and selected countries in Africa. If your country is not available at checkout, write to us. Orders within Israel arrive in 1 to 3 days after dispatch, and international orders within 1 to 2 weeks. Our workshop is closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
How can I return an item?
Ready pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and undamaged. Made to order pieces cannot be returned. See our Returns and Shipping Policy for the details.
Can I order a piece with a lab grown diamond?
Yes, on request. Lab grown diamonds are available for most designs. Write to us or use Request a special order on any piece.
