These terms apply to every purchase made on towikajewelry.com. By placing an order you agree to them. The site is operated by TÔWIKA, a fine jewelry brand based in Israel.

Our Pieces

Every piece is finished and set by hand. Small variations in finish, stone placement and proportion are part of hand finishing and are not defects. Photos show the design; the piece you receive may differ slightly in tone, sparkle and size.

Diamond weights are listed as total carat weight. Where a range is shown, such as 0.40 to 0.50 ct, your piece will fall within that range.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before it ships and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a piece is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if the destination is outside the countries we ship to.

Made to Order Pieces

Made to order pieces are crafted for you after you order. Production takes 2 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. Because they are made in the metal, diamond and size you choose, made to order pieces cannot be returned. Full details are in our Shipping and Returns policy.

Shipping

We ship fully insured, free of charge, to the countries available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. For orders shipped to the United States, we cover all import duties and tariff charges. For other destinations, import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Risk in the piece passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns policy.

Designs and Content

All designs, photos and text on this site belong to TÔWIKA. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
